• 4G Cellular connection only works if the device is kept in the  U.S / Canada
• 4G Cellular Connection can take up to 10 minutes to fully connect and interface with the 4G cellular towers.

• We are unable to guarantee Wi-Fi connection will work with all routers. • If the room the camera is located in uses LED lighting you may notice black bars in the livestream and recordings, this is because LED lights constantly flicker at a very rapid rate and the camera is catching these gaps in the light.
