• Not a functioning smoke detector. Do not rely on this device for fire detection or life safety purposes.
• Built to order — please allow an additional 24–48 hours for processing and shipping.
• Wi-Fi router pairing required for live streaming and motion alerts. Most home networks are fully compatible; however, hotel, corporate, 4G hotspot, and open public networks (e.g. coffee shops) often enforce security restrictions that may block remote camera access. Compatibility cannot be guaranteed on these networks.
• Hardwiring support is app-side only. For physical installation, please hire a licensed electrician.
• LED lighting notice: Rooms lit primarily by LED bulbs may produce dark horizontal bars in the live feed and recordings. This is caused by the rapid flicker rate of LED lights, which the camera sensor detects. It does not indicate a defect.
